- Business controlling and planning of assigned P&L section / cost centers including frequent communication with accounting team in CZ/SK SSC in Bratislava (quality of accounting records, completeness and adequacy of accruals, etc.)
- Comments and analysis of key variances vs. prior period / budget / forecast
- Preparation of annual budgets, monthly forecasts and various ad-hoc analysis to support business decision-making
- Business partnering and cooperation with respective budget managers and stakeholders responsible for selected area
- Work on US GAAP reporting in HFM; supporting other team members in HFM submission and analysis
- Various other ad-hoc tasks and financial analysis / BCs to support Head of Business Controlling & Planning and local CFO
- Master/Bachelor degree, finance area preferred
- Expertise in MS Office (mainly Excel)
- Fluency in Czech and English
- Knowledge of accounting principles
- Experience in controlling (preferred)
- Good analytical skills
